Your Stories! Dawn Of A New Era - By: "Sailor Earth"
It was a beautiful day in Crystal Tokyo. The now teenager Chibi-Usa was
outside playing with her friend Emily,
former Chibi-Chibi, who is now 9 years old. It was peaceful until a strange
black ribbon covered the Crystal
Palace turning all the inhabitants to stone. Reeny and Emily could do
nothing except stare at the disasterous
site. Suddenly Emily screamed "The Queen!" They immediately transformed
into the new Sailor Moon,
since her mother was long retired, and Sailor Cosmos. They caustiously
searched the castle for survivers
but everyone was stone. They soon came upon Neo Queen Serenity and King
Darien. Reeny calapsed
and said, "Oh, Mom what am I supposed to do!" The tears were now streaming
down her face, but
suddenly appeared a projection of Neo Queen Serenity. "Hello, Reeny, as you
can see we have all been
put under an evil spell, it was the Dark Rainbow. The master of the Dark
Rainbow is Tyrok an evil creature
with the head of a bull and the body of a horse. I'm not sure how he
obtained the rainbow but it is very
powerful and very dangerous, you will need help other than myself and the
scouts. Go now and find the
one with the Rainbow of Light." And with that she was gone. "Sailor Moon,
who has the Rainbow of Light?"
asked Sailor Cosmos. "I don't know, but we must find that person and soon.
I'm sure Tyrok didn't intend
on us surviving."
Meanwhile, in a small town named Middleton, "Dawn! Where are you going with
that?" "Oh, I just
thought that I would wear it to school, it's been giving me good luck
lately." "You'll do no such thing you
know how much that locket meant to your grandmother!" "Mom, she just found
it lying aroung somewhere,
so how valuable could it be?" "Well, all I know is ..." Dawn abruptly cut
in, "she found it after a great
battle, yes I know the story, but how come she never told what battle, I
mean it could have been like a family
feud or something." "OH! there's the bus gotta run!" "Wait don't forget
to," SLAM! "take off the the locket,"
her mother finished realizing no one was around. "Oh, when will she learn!"
During recess, "So how did the short story go?" asked Kathy, Dawn's best
friend. "Oh great! You know
I just had the strangest idea for it, I wrote about a warrior princess, the
class loved it! But you want to know
the strangest thing about it, I had no idea of what to write about until I
put on my grandmother's locket." "Woooo,
she's sending you ideas from beyond the grave..." said Kathy in somewhat
sarcastic and mystical tone. "Hey we're still
on for Friday night, right!" "Of course, I wouldn't miss the dance for
anything in the world!" "Ya, since Conner will
be going." Kathy cut in will a mocking tone. (Ah, Conner the guy Dawn had
dreamed of since the sixth grade, not only was he
cute, funny, smart, and popular, but he also seemed to have a crush on her
since last year's summer camp.)
Back in Crystal Tokyo, "Sailor Cosmos look at this, Sailor Mercury's
computer! Maybe it will help us to find who
has the Rainbow of Light." With that Sailor Moon turned on the computer,
oviously it had hit the ground a little too hard
when Mercury dropped it because it began beeping and flashing symbols like
mad. "Hey! Hey, stop that!" "OHOO! STUPID THING!"
The next minute the computer goes flying across the room, BANG! (Sailor
Moon with sweat drops), "OPPs." Suddenly an image of
Sailor Pluto appears,"Hello, Small Lady. I've asked Sailor Mercury to leave
you this message because it would be the only way
we could communicate with you. I have important information about the
Rainbow of light carrier, accually we've been looking
for her for sometime now. We are not sure who she is but she has the power
of visions. Instead of you looking for her, more
than likely she'll find you, so now you're mission is to protect her by
fighting Tyrak. I must go know, remember your job is to
find and defeat Tyrak, believe me she'll be there." And with that she
vanished as she came. "Ok, that's easier said than done."
said Sailor Moon. "Maybe the best way to find Tyrak is to find a place with
a lot of negative energy." commented Sailor Cosmos.
"Well, it sounds reasonable let's go Chibs, "SAILOR TELEPORT TAKE US TO A
NEGATIVE POINT!"
From Somewhere deep under the earth's surface laid the lar of the evil
Tyrak. It was a hot, dark place and in the very
heart of it all was a throne room. As Tyrak sat on his throne he stroked
some type of mysterious purple bag. With each stroke
it moved as if it were alive. "Ah, Rainbow of Darkness, with you this
pathetic world shall be mine and none of those legendary
Sailor Soldiers can stop me. I'm no fool like the rest!" He slowly stepped
into what light was left in the empty room,
revealing the hideous face of what looked like a deformed bull with horns to
the ceiling, his four feet like hooves, and his skin
blood red except for his ebony black fur covering the middle of his body.
With a sinister gleam in his eye he said, "Now little
light heart there is no one to protect you!"
Dawn was over at Kathy's house getting ready for the dance. "Oh Kathy, I
just hope Conner's there, I have a really good
feeling he's going to ask me to dance!" "You know, you've had a lot of
those good feelings lately. OH MY GOODNESS! You're not
wearing that are you!" Kathy pointed her slender finger to Dawn's locket.
"Of course, it's my good luck charm!" they both began
laughing with a tear drop forming on their heads. "Kathy, time to go!"
shouted Kathy's mom. "Oh I can't wait!" they both exclaimed.
The drive from Kathy's house to Middleton High School was what seemed the
longest drive of Dawn's life. They soon arrived and went in.
Everyone just marveled at Dawn's new outfit, while Kathy looked a little
envieish. Not too long in the evening Conner walked up to
Dawn, "Hi, Dawn," he said rather shyly, she could tell he was nervous but
just looking into his baby blue eyes and seeing his stylish
brown hair made her heart race, she soon became nervous and answered, "Oh,
Hi Conner, I like that shirt." "Would you like to dance?" The
question seemed to almost kill him, "Yes I would love to." She could see
the relieve in his eyes. As they were walking to the dance
floor, Dawn gave Kathy the biggest "Told you so" look which made Kathy want
to hurl a chair against the wall, but all-in-all seh was
happy for Dawn after all they were best friends. When they finally made it
to the dance floor, they began playing the song "My Only Love".
It felt so nice to dance with Conner.
Meanwhile Tyrak was planning his attack, "I konw you light heart, even if
you don't know me, I'll find you," with that he began
to search the the world for girls with light energy. He went to Middleton.
Although she didn't know it, Dawn had been admitting a lot of
light energy since she had been with Conner and it was easily seen by Tyrak
who had barely even seen the light of day. The next thing Dawn
knew is that she was being thrown against the wall with tremendous force.
While everyone else in the school was scattering to get out she
was under a table beside teh wall unconscious. The table hid her from his
sight. "Hold it right there you beast!" shouted Sailor Moon as
she and Sailor Cosmos finally entered the scene. Sailor Moon and Cosmos
tried to attack Tyrak but they were surrounded with an black ribbon
that seemed to be choking the life out of them. "I thought I had gotten rid
of all of you, too bad you weren't with your friends!" by this
time Dawn had regained consciousness and was watching from under the table
as Sailor Moon and Sailor Cosmos, drained and pale, fell to the
floor with no movement. This enraged Dawn, from somewhere in her heart she
knew there soldiers, she had seen them and they had come to her
rescue. She began to see memories that were not hers of the soldiers and
their heroic battles. "They knew grandmother!" A vision came to her,
she knew she must follow it. "You, You, MONSTER!" "How dare you hurt them
I'll make you pay!" She slowly opened the locket and out came a tiny
little rainbow. It was very beautiful and reflected the light of ten suns
but yet it was no bigger that her hand. Tyrak began laughing
uncontroably, "You expect that to beat the power of the Rainbow of
Darkness!" He flung the rainbow towards the rainbow of light. The tiny
rainbow
was covered in an obviously losing battle, "I've failed them all!" There
was no end to Dawn's tears as she hit the floor on both knees. But suddenly
out of nowhere the tiny rainbow began to fight back. It soon swallowed the
dark rainbow and burst into a million colors. It covered the whole town
and then moved to Dawn. She could feel herself changing in a miraculous
whirlwind of color. She transformed into a beautiful new Sailor with a
beautifully done multicolored skirt, silver collar, and silver lace-up
boots. "EARTH RAINBOW ILLUMINATE!!!" "Tyrak was gone, distroyed by light
and
longing. Crystal Tokyo was released from it's spell. Neo Queen Serenity
found her way to the nearest window and said, "I knew they would save us."
Soon Sailor Moon and Sailor Cosmos began to awaken to find everything normal
except this new girl, no Sailor! She was a beautiful sight with long
flowing brown hair, grey eyes, and rainbow sailor suit. They both sat in a
gaze wondering what had happened. Sailor Cosmos asked, "Who, who are you?"
The girl slowly turned her head towards her. She said with a most
mysterious voice, "I am the forbidden soldier . . .Sailor Earth."
